Phesheya-Racing approaching Ireland
Just a short blog today as we are having problems with our comms equipment today.
Rounded Sula Sgeir yesterday evening in no wind but were soon reaching under double reefed main and solent. Overtook Edinburgh Inspiring Capital but then dropped the solent as the wind and sea got really rough. Rounded St. Kilda at sunrise under double reefed main and staysail just behind Edinburgh Inspiring Capital but then our courses diverged as we hoisted the A4 spinnaker. We are now having a fast sail towards Ireland under A4 and single reefed main. Not sure where Edinburgh Inspiring Capital is now but we are having an exciting time on this leg of the Sevenstar Round Britain and Ireland Race.
